Refunds

Last updated

If Ferber is not right for your family, that is okay. Here is how to ask for your money back. Because the purchase goes through the App Store, Apple handles refunds, not us.

First, what you paid for

Night 1 is free. The only charge in Ferber is the Full 7-Night Program, a one-time purchase ($29.99 in the US) that unlocks Nights 2 to 7. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charges to stop.

How to request a refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
  3. Choose Request a refund and pick the reason that fits.
  4. Select the Ferber purchase and submit.

Apple reviews the request and lets you know the outcome by email. The decision is Apple's, and we cannot see or change it.

Why we cannot refund you directly

Apple processes the payment, so the money goes through Apple, not through us. We never see your card details or your Apple ID, which also means we cannot find your purchase or send money back ourselves. Apple's refund process is the only route for App Store purchases.

If something went wrong with the purchase

If you were charged but the program did not unlock, try restoring your purchase first. That fixes most cases. If you were charged twice, or think a charge is a mistake, request a refund from Apple as above.

We are still happy to help you work out what happened. Email [email protected] with the date of the charge and a screenshot of the Ferber line in your Apple purchase history.
